Meet New People

What are some good ways to meet new people in Boston?
I moved to Boston a while ago and I'm always interested in meeting new people, but I find it difficult. Do not want to meet people in bars only random, but what else is there? Is there a good Meetup group have ever had good experiences with? Thanks!
Take classes in Boston or Cambridge Center for Adult Education, including walking tours. (They meet for dinner after of the tour.) Join one of the advocacy groups that support a cause. Go to the reading of books at Brookline Booksmith, the Kenmore Barnes and Noble, or the Boston Public Library. Take a Bostonian incorrect and view listings of conferences. Attend a poetry slam. Take a class in the northeast or Grub Street. Go to the house of worship of their choice, or if you start open mind to attend services of the future. Even if you do not find good friends this way, you become a more interesting conversationalist.

Radiohead – Meeting People Is Easy $8.36 It seems appropriate that a documentary following Radiohead during the aftermath of 1997′s OK Computer–an album as conceptual as modern rock can get–should also be high-concept. With that in mind, director Grant Gee has created something truly special with Meeting People Is Easy, a movie revealing that, critically acclaimed or not, the life and times of a rock supergroup can be pretty boring.
